How long does delivery take?
Orders within Dubai are typically delivered within 3-4 business days. Other emirates may take 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above AED 250 across the UAE.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Currently we deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales at MAARYA are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage.

How do you protect customers from disputes?
Before every delivery, we photograph and video record all products to document their condition. This ensures full transparency and protects both our customers and our team.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos of the damage. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
