We are committed to processing and delivering your orders efficiently while ensuring every item meets our quality standards before dispatch.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders of AED 250 or above.
  • Orders below AED 250 are subject to a delivery charge of AED 25.
  • Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UAE Time) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Saturday and Sunday are non-working days for order processing and deliveries.
  • No deliveries or order processing will take place on UAE public or government holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

📸 Order Quality Inspection

Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it is in good condition.

As part of our quality assurance process, photographs and videos of every order are taken before packing and dispatch. These records are maintained to verify the condition of the product before it leaves our facility.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  • All sales are final.
  • Once payment has been made, it is final and cannot be refunded.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been confirmed.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided after the product has been delivered to the customer.
  • The only exception is if the product has a verified manufacturing defect. In such cases, the item may be eligible for an exchange only, subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order and must include clear photographs and videos of the product.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

👤 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, address, and contact details.
  • Customers must ensure they are available to receive their order at the agreed delivery time.
  • If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses to accept the order, or requests the delivery to be rescheduled, an additional re-delivery fee of AED 15 will apply before a new delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Maarya.ae is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
